Karpagam Technology has an efficient Placement & Training Cell to make sure that the employable skills of our students are honed to the maximum. Training starts from the second year of the course to equip the students in terms of Aptitude, Technical and Soft skills. The expert guidance of industry stalwarts is an added advantage as students get firsthand knowledge about the industry requirements. Training is given to students such as soft skills, aptitude training and technical skills, regularly from the second year onwards in addition to industrial training in various areas of as per industry needs.

These training modules make the students industry-ready when they complete their degree programmes. The Placement cell makes sure that our students get ample opportunity to get absorbed by the industry, by arranging campus interviews regularly. A well trained student with a good academic record is highly sought after by the industry.
